Seeking an experienced Office Manager with Bookkeeping experience for a permanent job opportunity in the Woburn, MA area.
- Office Manager duties including: daily management of all office related matters.
- Posting bookkeeping transactions in QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable invoices and related checks
- Manage office files
- Reconcile bank accounts and other reconciliations
- Writing letters on behalf of the Business Manager and Union Office
- Be familiar with Union Membership records and related maintenance would be helpful
- Detailed processing and posting of monthly Membership dues and Per Capita reporting
- Making any and all travel arraignments for business related trips
- Minimum of 5 years related experience as a full charge bookkeeper.
- Advanced level of knowledge in QuickBooks and Excel highly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
- Strong computer and verbal skills
- Experience working with union members a plus
- Comfortable answering phones and fielding question
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities on short notice
- Extremely well organized and detail oriented
