Responsibilities of the On-Site Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Fully understands the intricacies of each Management Services Client location 
  • Manages the requisition process, retrieves detailed job descriptions from client managers, collects resumes of candidates for contract positions, schedules interviews and completes the screening process
  • Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews by sending out interview confirmation emails, as well as information for contractors’ new assignments
  • Conduct background checks, drug tests, reference checks, and send out emails for electronic I9 processing
  • Meet and administer onboarding paperwork to hired candidates for both manage service and retail clients
  • Process any changes to contractor’s pay including pay increases, overpayments, underpayments, holiday time and manual checks
  • Completes all administrative activities and reports as required by the client and the Corporate Relations Manager. ie. Management reports, headcount reports, ADI, monthly and quarterly reports etc. 
  • Works closely with the Corporate Relations Manager and/or the Branch Manager to review account activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated account. 
  • Confers with hiring managers and client personnel to verify satisfaction with service or resolve complaints.
  • Communicating via email and phone when DAVIS employees have questions in regards to PTO, sick time, hour discrepancies and direct deposit
  • Occasional front desk coverage, check deliveries and providing back up to On-Site Managers 

Requirements of the On-Site Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business
  • Previous Human Resources or Recruitment experience preferred
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, SAP experience preferred
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
  • Local Travel is Required
