Description

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the internal Operator Qualifications (OQ) compliance program for multiple locations. Looking for someone with a logistics coordinator/project manager background!

This is a Direct Hire position which requires a drug screen and a background check. 

Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operator Qualification program for MA, CT, and NH Operations consistent with all federal and state code requirements.
  • Maintain Operator Qualification Management System, that includes tracking and record keeping for training, OQ evaluations, plastic pipe joining, and welding.
  • Provide support across Business Units, for Operator Qualifications.
  • Maintain the OQ evaluator program for evaluating individuals.
  • Manage employee and subcontractor qualification methods, review and audit 3rd party providers for contractor qualifications.
  • Interface with human resources and training groups to ensure there is alignment within both, the Company Training Program and Operator Qualification programs.
  • Develop and coordinate OQ training schedules.
  • Provide regular qualification reporting to Managers and Superintendents to ensure workforce compliance with OQ records.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in business, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, requires strong Excel skills
  • Ability to keep complex records and to prepare periodic reports
  • 3+ years in an operations support role directly responsible for maintaining qualification records
