Description

Primary Responsibilities:


• Attend the front desk and operate the main phone line during business hours
• Welcome guests by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answer and direct incoming calls
• Act as a representative of the company; Maintain polite, professional interactions with customers
• Generate and email quotations to customers
• Coordinate with other departments to provide customer support and ensure delivery times
• Communicate directly with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist the sales team with various sales related tasks
• Performs other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:


• 2+ years recent/related experience in an administrative, customer service, receptionist, and/or sales role
• Previous front desk receptionist and sales support experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and Windows OS
• Excellent customer service and communication skills including a positive attitude
• Great interpersonal skills – Displays honesty, ethics and integrity at all times
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
• Must have prompt and regular attendance, a sense of urgency, self-motivation and discipline, the ability to develop a rapport, and be a team player
• Minimum of 40 hours per week
