Description

Experienced CNC Machine Shop Programer

We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working CNC programer who is well versed in WorkNC preferably to set-up and operate CNC Machines with 5*or more years experience. Must be able to run production and program MOLDS*, make custom fixtures for production work as needed, read and interpret work orders and blueprints. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our team, ensuring our quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable and punctual, able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Program molds, details and production parts

Custom fixturing design capability

Ensure that requirements and standards are met consistently

Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality

Packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and wrapping

Operate machinery correctly and perform maintenance

Report any machinery issues to management

Work cooperatively with the team

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management

Follow all written and verbal instructions

Attend all safety and production trainings

Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude

Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be proficient in the programming of MOLDS with 5 or more years experience

Software: WorkNC is a plus, SolidWorksHSM, MasterCam

Design custom fixtures for complicated parts and/or production runs

High school diploma or equivalent required

Able to interpret blueprints

Able to give accurate cycle-time, set-up & ops estimates for quotes

Good communication skills

Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times

Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching

Able to work a minimum 8 hour shift standing

Reliable and punctual

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
