Automation Integration Specialist


Our client located in Galloway, NJ is looking for an Automation Integration Specialist to lead and support the Control & Automation side of integrating all new and refurbished automated manufacturing equipment and new process improvement onto manufacturing floor.


This position is on a direct-hire basis. Salary is $80-85k depending on experience.



  • Coordinate the integration of systems and processes with Corporate Design Team (LEB) or Manufacturer and on site integration / engineering team and manufacturing floor operation and maintenance crew
  • Master all system and process functionalities to help their commissioning and fine tuning
  • Train our operation and maintenance crew so they can keep our operations and equipments at their design performance
  • Audit all systems and processes for performance and quality and identify, propose and implement potential improvement or corrective actions or modifications
  • Support technically our maintenance crew
  • Act as technical reference and support to other plants maintenance and integration crew. 



  • Bachelor’s degree: Electrical and Control Engineering or equivalent.
  • 7 years of highly pertinent experience.
  • Very good knowledge of Control Systems, Architecture and Components.
  • High proficiency in PLC systems programming (Ladder Logic and SFC : Control Logix)
  • Very good knowledge and experience with Motion Control Systems, Servo Loops Components and behavior, Robots systems and their programming.
  • Very good at understanding Automated sequence, logic and process.
  • Good investigative abilities. Good communication skills. Strong attention to details.
