Business Development Manager
We are working with a growing product development firm in Roswell, Ga, who is looking to add an experienced and hungry Business Development Manager to their office. Who we are looking for outgoing, charismatic individual who is always at the front line developing and building client and partner relationships, as well as looking out for creative ways to support the company’s future growth. What you love most is delivering success, and exceeding expectations!


  • Identify leads and opportunities to connect internal capabilities and resources in support of revenue generation.
  • Communicate the corporate image or services through social media networks and tools. Make initial responses to inquiries, complaints, comments and other contacts generated through social media and coordinate escalations or further communications.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend partnership opportunities.
  • Engage team in sales, marketing, and client relationship process.  
  • Organize timely and appropriate lead follow-up.
  • Use modern sales tools and data tracking for client management.
  • Attend networking meetings and functions as needed.
  • Maintain Business development metrics such as proposals per month, event participation per month, new client contacts per month.
  • Conduct a methodical ongoing nurture campaign with both new as well as existing accounts.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or technical field and 3+ years selling techincal services
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Suite
  • Ability to convert information into concise, meaningful, and visually appealing formats for presentation purposes
  • Strong understanding of online and offline media tools. Also, advanced internet research capabilities and resourcefulness
