Description

Molding Process Engineer
We're working with a leading automotive supplier in the NE Atlanta area that is looking to add a skilled Process Engineer to their team. This engineer will be responsible for making improvements to injection molding processes, integrating new products into the production line, and ensuring part conformance to design. 

Duties
  • Establish injection molding process for each tool / press combination
  • Operates and troubleshoots injection molding presses, processes, materials and mold issues
  • Injection Molding process monitoring and verification of part conformance to specification


Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 2-5 years relevant work experience
  • Knowledge plastics manufacturing with injection molding machines
  • Knowledge about line layout and process optimization
  • Knowledge of tooling and mold design
