Product Line Manager - High Frequency Linear Products
We have an immediate need for a Product Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead cross-functional teams addressing key areas of concern for product line, new product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Follow and execute corporate product strategies relating to Companies product lines.
• Develop and maintain product plans and detailed project schedules to maintain on-time product release
• Work directly with R&D team to insure products are developed to meet market needs, and on time delivery
• Co-develop product collateral (presentations, web content, press release updates, spec’s, etc.)
• Interface with document control functions to generate new part numbers and documents
• Develop cost, pricing and ROI models for analysis by marketing management
• Work with cross-functional groups to initiate cost reduction programs on exiting products
• Regularly interact with Sales, distributor network and customer base to insure customer satisfaction
• Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of companies in technical and business terms
• Conduct accurate sales forecasting
• Attend trade shows and industry conferences as needed
• Must be willing to travel throughout North America and in some cases, globally as needed
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
• BS degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1-3 years of related experience highly preferred.
• A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
• 1-3 years’ experience supporting a marketing team highly desirable.
• Working knowledge in Telecom is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Marketing, Marketing Educational background and/or Technical Marketing background preferred
• Must have excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills also required.
