Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a Product Support Specialist in the North Atlanta, GA area. 

Responsibilities of the Product Support Specialist

  • Provide product specification review and product matching, ie, Spec Match
  • Become proficient at SKU setup, maintenance, and routine management, assist, when necessary
  • Manage, or assist in, Product Feasibility Process, as directed
  • Manage all DOT annual submittals, including creation of submittal calendar and submitting new or modified products, when necessary
  • Prepare and submit Project submittals, as requested
  • Manage MiraSlope licensing
  • Respond to product property questions from Sales, Marketing, Customers, Specifiers, Engineers and Customer Service 
  • Maintain and distribute competitor’s product comparisons to Sales, Customers, and Specifiers
  • Assist in the development and review of Installation Guidelines, CSI specifications, and Technical Notes
  • As the candidate develops he will learn to provide technical support, provide product recommendations by application, prepare presentations, provide product training.

Requirements of the Product Support Specialist

  • 4 year Degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Mechanical Engineering
