Industrial Field Service Support (not an IT role) - Atlanta, GA
Direct Hire, Permanent Role
This person should have experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems associated with industrial or automated equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues over the phone for both customers and Field Service Technicians.
- Take phone calls from Spanish speaking international customers to help with troubleshooting. (working a standard 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm schedule)
- 0% travel
- Must be bilingual - Spanish / English
- AS degree or Technical / Vocational Degree
- Previous experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems for industrial equipment or automated machinery.

- Salary, non-exempt with Overtime Availability - Time and ½ for overtime; Time and ½ for Saturdays and Double Time for Sundays, regardless of total hours worked in the week.
