Must have food experience
To ensure that production and processing equipment is in working order in order to meet production goals. To work with production staff to develop machine requirements for new product introductions.
Installation, maintenance and repair of production or processing equipment.
Trouble shoot on systems such as the Bartelt, HFS, VFFS – Hayssen & Matrix
Fabrication of machine guards, installation or repair or conveyers, replacement of motors, tear down or replacement of pumps, maintenance of fluid collection or distribution equipment or repair of electro-mechanical equipment.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, work with general supervision
May provide instruction and work direction to less experienced maintenance staff.
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of working in a manufacturing environment or related field.
Working knowledge in all areas and extensive knowledge of at least one of the following: mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, machining, welding, electrical
Formal Technical training preferred
