with a great company well established in the aerospace field. This position requires experience with SQL programming and ERP background (Epicor experience would be a plus). IT Business Process Integration Analyst

We have an  opening for an IT Business Process Integration Analyst

to work with users and department managers to identify areas of improvement in the utilization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system  and also to define new ways to utilize the information collected and stored in the Business System to support the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Optimize the ERP and identify / implement appropriate enhancement or new technologies
  • -Lead ERP governance
  • -Develop ERP work plans and upgrades
  • -Develop and Manage the ERP Roadmap to best support the business
  • -Manage prioritization of change requests ERP Lifecycle Plan
  • -Serve as the liaison between business process owners, IT and business operations to ensure alignment -Develop medium and long term strategic plan for Epicor
  • -Lead business-analysis/developers efforts for new functionality and customizations -Coordinate complex projects across multiple departments



  • SQL programming and administration experience preferred -SSRS reporting and design experience
  • Must have  understanding and experience with an ERP System ( Epicor is preferred but not required) and manufacturing environments, preferably in the make to order environment
  • Must have experience with customization and workflow design

The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and organization

Ability to work as part of a team and the ability to interact with all levels of customers and internal support teams

Ability to work with diverse business groups in remote geographical facilities within the business unit

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong systemic mindset and problem-solving skills

Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze and interpret critical data

Associates Degree in Computer Sciences or Business related field of study, Bachelor Degree preferred

2+ years experience Experience in the manufacturing sector preferred
