One of our top clients located in the Marlborough area is looking for a Helpdesk Support Representative. This is a permanent opportunity with room for growth and advancement. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance through ticketing system, phone or email.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, mobile device issues, network problems; including connectivity, wireless/ LAN access, VPN/broadband and non-reporting issues
  • Technical setup and relocation of standard office equipment
  • Research technical and software issues to identify trends for early detection and repair
  • Repair/rebuild employee computers and provide data transfer services
  • Shipping equipment and repaired computers to employees
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the user
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to the appropriate internal team
