Maintenance Operations Lead

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Operations Lead for our client in the Memphis area. The ideal candidate will be able to direct and assist staff in all activities related to the maintenance and upkeep of all manufacturing and building related operations and equipment, having a blend of strong mechanical and electronic skills.  



Interface with other departments and persons for analyzing and supplying info to achieve processing/manufacturing requirements.


  • Observes functioning of installed equipment to detect hazards or problems, and/or need for service, repair and/or replacement of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Improves operational quality results by studying, evaluating, and recommending process re-design; implementing changes; contributing information and opinion to unit design and modification teams.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities as related to new equipment purchases and installations, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities by assessing operational objectives; such as, efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety, environmental quality; estimating relevance, time and costs.




  • Must be able to work shifts and over time to support a 24/7 operation
  • Must be willing to be on-call for specified periods of time.
  • Must have 2-3 years of electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance 
  • Experience in the printing industry a plus, but not required.
  • Must have strong work ethic, and be able to work in a hands on environment, leading by example
