Description

We are currently hiring for a Manufacturing Technician to work at our advanced Medical Device Manufacturing company in Woburn, MA! 

Principle Responsibilities:

  1. Operate a dip mold process ensuring we maintain high quality output;
  2. Debug equipment failures and implement repairs as required;
  3. Inspect product per requirements and report on results observed;
  4. Operate per standard operating procedures;
  5. Assist in the development and review of operational documents;
  6. Communicate manufacturing performance with the manufacturing team and identify opportunities for improvement;
  7. Inspect and document process parameters and traceability per standard operating procedures;
  8. Operate various process equipment including dip mold equipment, digital weight scale, digital and analog viscometer, fluid pumps, mixing motors, and other custom inspection equipment
  9. Work with team on 5S and continuous improvement activities within the manufacturing facility
  10. Perform preventative maintenance for equipment and facility as required

Knowledge/Skills/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Good mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and install new equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
