Position Title: Product Specialist - Temperature Product Management

Location: Swedesboro, NJ 

Shift: 1st Shift 


Position Summary: This individual will play a crucial role in curating products and services the right way, to the right markets, with a deep understanding of target markets and how products and services fulfill their needs. While reporting to department leadership, and closely collaborating with product marketing, engineering and manufacturing. This individual will manage, select, launch, promote and sustain a portfolio of innovative solutions throughout their lifespan. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Conduct market and customer research, rationalize the existing offering and support the new product development process

• Develop models and processes to streamline the decision support process in a fast-paced ecommerce environment

• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to launch new products and monitor performance including web traffic, conversion rates, orders, backlog, sales and post sales follow up

• Work with Manufacturing and Engineering to understand the manufacturing challenges of being a custom, configured, and standard product sensor solution provider

• Partner with the Supply Chain team to determine make vs buy decisions


Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the following concentrations: marketing, economics, statistics, technology, engineering and/or management

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

• Highly analytical profile comfortable with excel and business intelligence concepts

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal company personnel

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Critical thinking and problem solving, organized, self-starter and reliable with good follow-through

• Experience using sensors (temperature, pressure, strain, flow) and data acquisition a plus 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Office 365
