Production Supervisor

We are searching for a Production Supervisor with an electronics background in the Johns Creek GA area. 

1st shift position from Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Direct hire opportunity with great benefits!

Salary range from $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities for Production Supervisor 

  • Using manufacturing engineering practices, responsible for writing routings/manufacturing instructions.
  • Manage the successful transition of new products and technology into the production arena.
  • Write appropriation requests and prepare quotes.
  • Participate in concurrent engineering design reviews.
  • Evaluate and approve drawings, routings, specs and other documents.
  • Design and procure tools/equipment.
  • Process development and documentation of manufacturing work instructions.
  • Support prototyping activities of new product development.
  • Evaluate and solve production problems.
  • Manage production operations, including all activities of the shop floor and follow established procedures and approved processes.

Requirements for Production Supervisor

  • Minimum of an associate’s degree with concentration in manufacturing/tooling.
  • Four to five years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a commensurate level of experience with related products. 
  • Training in general safety, electrostatic discharge awareness, foreign object damage awareness, quality system awareness and supervisory sexual harassment prevention.
  • Sage MAS ERP system is a huge plus
