Purchasing Associate, Flowery Branch, GA:

We are currently seeking an experienced Purchaser for our client located in the Flowery Branch area!! This is a great opportunity with an established and growing client, role is full-time and Direct Hire! 

Hours: 8- 4:30pm

Pay Rate: 50k-55k DOE

 Responsibilities:

• - Entering international and domestic purchase orders (Base on weekly MRP, special orders and MRO daily Orders)
• - Tracking and following up on purchase orders from start to finish
• - Reviewing and editing purchase orders for accuracy. Comparing purchase orders to order confirmations to ensure accuracy for cost, quantity and ship date.
• - Investigate and resolve discrepancies or missing information
• - Communicating and working with customers and internal teams
• - Assisting with any other administrative duties assigned

Requirements: 

• - Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
• - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• - Team player
• - Positive attitude, go-getter mentality
• - Great Follow up and detail oriented attitude.
• - The ability to help out wherever needed
