Description

We are currently hiring for a Manufacturing Technician IV at our world-renowned Medical Device Manufacturing company in Danvers, Ma! This is a Direct Hire position, 1st shift hours, which also requires being on-call on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
  • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
  • Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
  • Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
  • Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • A vocational or technical education and advanced certification in addition to prior work experience is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • 5+ years of technical experience in Manufacturing
  • 5S and Lean Manufacturing Skills
  • Electrical and mechanical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use bench top test equipment
  • Ability to read, and redline engineering
  • Clear understanding of EHS requirements.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Able to define PM procedures and review/maintain spare parts for the equipment
  • Knowledge of the English and Metric measuring systems with the ability to perform mathematical conversions to each
  • Experience in process and tooling development, test method development, data acquisition and analysis
