The Bilingual Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, identifying and screening resumes to create a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals and various social networking sites. As a Sourcing Specialist you will collaborate and knowledge share across the DAVIS Companies on best practices for identifying and attracting talent both internally and for client areas.

• Review current open requisitions with Recruiting and Sales team to
  prescreen resumes for internal and external client areas for active and    passive candidates.
• Using internal applicant tracking systems and social networking sites      to identify and engage with active and passive candidates.
• Maintaining candidate and client profiles within applicant tracking system for reporting and pipelining purposes.
• Building contract employee workforce through marketing initiatives, job boards, career fairs and forums to assist DAVIS teams with outreach initiatives.
• Meets all individual activity goals and productivity targets as defined by recruiting manager.
• Actively participates in all team meetings and collaborates on ideas and concepts for successful team and company growth.
• Diligently pursues a broad and deep understanding of required core competencies/skill sets for Recruitment and Sales teams.
• Verifies work through auditing procedures to ensure accuracy and quality of output.

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Computer literacy required with proficiency in MS Office Suite
