Key Responsibilities of the Customer Supply Chain Analyst: 
  • Provide world-class service to customers with clear, concise communication and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Aid in troubleshooting retailer chargebacks and work with appropriate partners to dispute chargebacks where possible
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, E-Comm, Finance, and Supply Chain to inform the organization of key customer challenges
  • Process customer orders through our 3PL/EDI exchanges and ERP system
  • Coordinate transportation to ensure on-time deliveries to customers and troubleshoot ad-hoc issues that arise
  • Partner with 3PL and Supply Chain Planner to efficiently manage the flow of inventory to achieve above goal fill rates for customer orders while minimizing transportation legs
  • Lead customer setup process with 3PL and customers and assist the cross-functional team with customer specific item data setups
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding by obtaining routing guides and providing timely updates and reports to the cross-functional team
  • Identify customer orders at-risk of being cut, collaborate with Supply Chain Planner and Sales to allocate inventory across open customer orders, and submit cut sheets to impacted customers
  • Monitor open orders, available inventory, and aged inventory regularly and highlight areas for focus
  • Pull together metrics and appropriate KPIs to track customer service related performance for monthly S&OP meetings
  • Make decisions that support our corporate goals of minimizing waste and having a positive impact on our communities and environment
Capabilities + Required Skills of the Customer Supply Chain Analyst: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or another related discipline
  • 2-4 years experience in customer service/retailer logistics working with major retailers or CPG is a MUST
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Understanding of warehousing, inventory and logistics
  • Ability to anticipate problems before they occur and take initiative to quickly solve them
  • A strong communicator with great listening skills to read between the lines
  • Enjoys working in a complex and changing environment
  • Highly organized, detailed oriented, and self motivated
  • Brings the fun to work
