Description

Position Summary:

The HR Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting overall daily recruiting and administrative functions and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.  

Responsibilities:

The HR Recruiting Coordinator may be required to perform all or a combination of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity:

  • Collects, confirms and enters contractor payroll each week and distributes payroll; ADI time and Missing Timecard Report;
  • Works with On-Site teams to conduct on-boarding meetings and oversees all client required compliance
  • Assists the local Operations team with all administrative tasks as needed;
  • Actively maintain job postings in the system and assist with sourcing as needed;
  • Answer all incoming calls; screens call’s and fields/prioritizes them according to urgency;
  • Assist the On-site teams with reporting, data entry, and client research as needed;
  • Plans and coordinates events for on-site teams;
  • Actively participates in and serves as the liaison for the DMS as needed;
  • Takes overall responsibility for personal growth, goal achievement and effectiveness in this position;
  • Complies with established Quality Management System Policies and Procedures; verifies work for accuracy to ensure quality of output.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Computer literacy required with proficiency in MS Office Suite; Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and other logical formulas
  • 1-2 years Human Resources/Administrative experience or payroll experience
  • Ability to prioritize and organize
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
