DAVIS Companies has partnered with a leader in Automated Systems manufacturing to identify a Program Manager to join their team! 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROGRAM MANAGER: 

• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
• Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development
• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of medical and pharma drug delivery projects and serves as liaison between operations and customer
• Manages the development and implementation process of medical and pharma drug delivery projects and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes
• Reviews status of medical and pharma drug delivery projects manages schedules and prepares status reports
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PROGRAM MANAGER: 

• 5+ years in an advanced management role working in medical device environment
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related field
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading projects to completion
