Sales Manager

Our client's leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales department. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Sales Associates. If you are competitive, financially motivated and capable of teaching your strategies to a team, we’re excited to talk with you.

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager

  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Monitor accounts across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

Requirements of the Sales Manager

  • Minimum 4/5 years of experience in Sales in the beverage industry (selling equipment) and up to 15 years of experience 
  • Consistent tenure in previous roles (average 2 years in a company in the last 10 year)
  • Technical background is a must
  • Willing to hunt new customers
