The DAVIS Companies has announced that Hilary Gardner will step into the role of Human Resources Manager. Gardner is a 10-year veteran at the firm, and has over 15 years of experience in Staffing. She has held several roles since starting as a Recruiter in 2006, most recent of which as Learning & Development Manager, where she was responsible for new hire orientation, oversight of a mentorship program and the professional development of staff.

We’re proud to have her on our team and have no doubt she will excel as DAVIS’ HR Manager.”

In her new role, Gardner will oversee a team of four. She will be personally responsible for strategic leadership, employee relations, corporate compliance, risk management, benefits and culture development and preservation.

In addition to her stellar career, Gardner is known for her relentless commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement. She holds multiple certifications including being a Predictive Index (PI) Analyst, Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), and Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Framingham State University and a second Master’s degree from Curry College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from College of the Holy Cross.
