Sales Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant for a new and growing company offering a great culture and friendly work environment. The right candidate for this job will be responsible for entering and deciphering all data into Salesforce.com that is associated with the sales team.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay rate: $16-$18ph DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Working hand in hand with Sales and GM entering data into SalesForce.
• Going through customer lists and deciphering data needed
• Printing product manuals and binding them together.
• Boxing product manual kits to ship out with new product.
• Assisting Sales and GM with other office duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of SalesForce experience or similar CRM
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
