2nd Shift (2:30PM to 10PM) $ 14/HR
Monday thru Friday

Presentable clothing
Pants at the waist and down to the ankles
Nothing less than a t-shirt and build on top of that

Cleanroom setting / Must be suited up with a respirator

Please let everyone know that being on time is very important.  Because of the cleanroom setting, we try and start and end all together and then walk out on breaks and lunches all together.
Air is constantly exchanging because of the cleanroom.  Every time the door opens the air is exchanging more

The Assembly Operator A assembles, processes and approves quality injection
molded products and articles in accordance with applicable assembly and packaging
regulations. He / she has processes and works under constant supervision.


he Assembly Operator A works under the supervision of the Assembly
Operator D and reports to the Assembly Supervisor.


after instruction, Assembly Operator A performs the following tasks assigned to him / her

• Assemble and/or package products from our own production in accordance with
applicable packaging instructions

• Recording LOT#’s and/or other data on relevant production paperwork

• Keep the cleanroom room clean in accordance with applicable regulations


 Assembly and packaging of products and articles that have been approved

• Filling racks with tubes manually

• Adding screw caps to the tubes manually or supported by equipment

• Operating other equipment if instructed and trained

• Apply cleaning, hygiene and clothing regulations in the cleanroom in accordance
with regulations.

• Printing (article) labels and applying to packaging

• Provide information regarding work performed for administrative processing

• Make improvement proposals for improving effectiveness, efficiency and quality

• Other duties associated with the position can be found in the employability matrix


Assembly Operator A is authorized to intervene (correcting, reporting, interrupting work)
if work instructions, procedures and cleanroom instructions are deviated from or if the
quality of products is/are involved and if dangerous situations arise in the workplace.
He / she is accountable for this to the Assembly Supervisor.



Job requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Some working knowledge of PC preferred

• Flexible

• Reliable

• Results-oriented

• Ability to perform repetitive job activities

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
