Contract to Hire
Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic, Electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes set-ups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. May be responsible for testing equipment and products.
Skill: Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.
Supervision: Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision.
Experience & Education: Minimum of 0-1 year of related experience.
