Electrical Assembly Technician

We are searching for an Electronic Assembler in the Johns Creek GA area. 

This is a 1st shift position from Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Full time and temp to hire

$17-18 per hour DOE 

Responsibilities for Electronic Assembler {Wire Harness}

  • Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools.
  • Installs lights and wiring in the cabinets.
  • Operates any equipment needed to perform job.
  • Reads production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority.
  • Examines material received, verifies parts numbers, and checks discrepancies such as damaged or unmarked parts
  • Assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished products from raw materials.

Requirements for Electronic Assembler

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing at the sub-assembly level 
  • Familiarity with using wire strippers, cutting tools, screwdrivers and nut drivers.
  • Familiarity with electronic wiring conventions
  • Knowledge of basic electronic components {diodes, capacitors, etc.) and their polarity markings, handling and installation
  • Knowledge of wire types, terminals, connectors, mil-connectors, and crimpers.
