Electronic Test Technician




Primary Job Duties:


  1. Test RF power supplies and impedance matching networks
  2. Use of various test equipment including oscilloscopes, volt meters, network and spectrum analyzers, SWR bridge, power meters, etc
  3. Will be required to lift up to 65 Lbs.
  4. Will be required to make electrical and water connections.
  5. All other duties as assigned
  6. Hours Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm



Required skills and/or education:


  1. Test and troubleshoot electronic circuit boards to component level
  2. Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
  1. Identify and read the values, polarity and orientation of SMT and thru-hole components such as Capacitors, Resistors, Transistors, IC’s etc.
  1. PCB (Printed Circuit Board) through hole and SMT (Surface Mount) soldering experience a plus.
  2. Basic familiarity with windows based computer programs as well as Microsoft Word and Excel
  1. Experience with ESD (Electro Static Discharge) initiatives a plus
  2. Ability to read and comprehend work instruction written in English.
  3. Must be detail oriented.
  1. Engineering Assoc Degree (A.S.) / Technical School (Electronics) or equivalent experience in basic electronics theory.  RF experience is a plus
