Production/Assembly Supervisor

Searching for a Production Supervisor in Alpharetta, GA. This position is on 1st shift and is a temp to perm role with a growing electronics MFG company. This person will be responsible for the organizing and planning of the assembly or production resources to meet the scheduled production demands. In need of an excellent communicator and leadership.

Pay rate: $27-32 DOE

Hours: 7:15-4:15 Mon- Fri.


  • Oversee Assembly production team, acting as first-line supervisor regarding personnel issues, performance reviews, time-off requests, timecard approvals, shift scheduling, policy violations, and corrective action.
  • Lead a team of 15-20 assemblers by proper utilization of employee resources and equipment to achieve production plans and schedules.
  • Interaction with Quality, Receiving, and shipping departments.
  • Promote and ensure safe work environment.
  • Lead, develop, and maintain accountability of the production team.
  • Planning resources for on time shipping of orders.
  • All equipment meets quality standards.
  • Review production orders and schedules to ensure Assembly goals are achieved, productivity goals are met, production schedules are attained.


  • High School diploma or GED required
  • US Citizen
  • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 3+ years Management and Leadership experience with proven ability to lead and motivate effective teams
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical assemblies (Preferred)
  • Highly effective communication skills
