Our client in Suwanee, GA has an immediate opening for a Recruiter. The recruiter position is responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for retail, management, support, and warehouse positions throughout the company. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all retail and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as a working knowledge of company policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity. 

  • Primary responsibility will be overseeing the recruiting process for both exempt and non-exempt positions throughout the company
  • Processes job requisitions
  • Manages the steps of the recruiting process such as sourcing, phone interviews, and pre-employment screening
  • Acts as a liaison with area employment agencies and advertising agencies
  • Works with hiring managers to extend written contingent job offers to candidates
  • Maintains employee referral program
  • Analyzes local markets to identify additional avenues for recruiting to increase recruiting pipeline
  • Uses and maintains the accuracy of ATS (Newton) to manage recruiting process
  • Coordinates with Training Manager and Operations Administrator for new hire training initiatives
  • Completes weekly report on all recruiting efforts and provides status updates on all open positions
  • Provides training and support to hiring manager on the proper utilization of the ATS

  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • 2+ years of recruiting/hiring experience
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Proven experience working independently, making decisions, and problem solving
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and attentive to follow-through
  • Experience conducting phone interviews and assessing talent
  • Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Two to four years recruiting for high volume positions such as retail, property management, call center, or similar industry. 
  • Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions
  • Ability to support remote managers with the recruitment process
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field.
  • Experience using Paycor Software Applicant Tracking System
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
  • Language Skills: (Spanish/English) knowledge of Spanish is required
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages.  Familiar with computation of common HR metrics is necessary
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Requires valid driver license with good driving record.
  • Other skills and abilities: Computer proficiency required. Must be comfortable with web-based applications and Microsoft products.

Temp To Hire
Salary: $50,000 yearly
