We are looking for a Data Entry Admin to join our team on a Contract basis!

The Role:

The data analyst worked directly with the Senior Manager of Quality and Continuous Improvement collecting and analyzing cost saving numbers to provide in presentations and drive decisions. 

Essential Functions:

  • Data entry: Merge, scrub, and transform data for use with several sources and identify and communicate conclusions from data interpretation.
  • Use MS Excel, Power BI or other tools to analyze data and produce professional and compelling charts, graphs, and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with managers and other teammates to collect data, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, and of high quality
  • Support informed decision-making through data analysis and manipulation and collaborate with team to compile actionable information for value-added decision-making and operational enhancements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Extensive experience with Excel, Pivot Tables and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand data integrity and correctness.
  • Ability to think analytically and effectively communicate analysis to others.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with high initiative and a sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
