The Davis Companies is hiring for multiple Customer Success Specialists nationwide. As a Customer Success Specialist, you are part of a team of professionals that play a key role in supporting our customers with Payroll related questions via our Rapid Response hotline. You will be providing in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for client issues. Qualified candidates possess broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner.

• Prior experience in a contact center is a plus
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot various software challenges and recommend solutions
• Knowledge of Payroll/Human Resources is a plus
• Experience working in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools
Hours: Monday -Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
