Are you an experienced customer master data analyst with experience handling sales quotes and order entry with SAP or similar systems? If you or anyone you know fits this description and is looking for a new rewarding challenge, apply today!

Position Description and Requirements:

Order entry, quoting, sales support role. In the beginning will be adding customers

Need to be attention to detail, comfortable with systems, good personality, dealing with sales and customers. Soft skills

Day 1: Getting list of customers, setting up shell in SAP required fields tabs ect. Getting everything into right format so robot can upload, credit checks communicating with credit check team. Adding 80 a week, but full set ups take much longer.

There is a sales admin mailbox that they will help with to support sales team, getting quotes out etc.

Later in the year, order admin side entering orders in SAP

Sap a plus, but not hard requirement

Years of experience: 2 years plus

Interview: teams video then meet customer master specialist after

Essential Functions:

• Set up and maintain new customers in SAP

• Work cross-functionally to ensure all required fields are completed for customer set up in a “move fast”


• Ensure compliance with corporate data integrity guidelines for master data

• Ensure customer master data is aligned between SAP, CRM, Partner Portal, and Business Intelligence


• Receive customer contracts from Legal department and enter financial provisions into SAP including

pricing, payment terms, and special warranty terms

• Set up and maintain pricing conditions in SAP for special discount requests

• Assign promotional codes for partner incentive programs

• Set up and maintain rebate programs in SAP

• Perform audits and analytical reviews to ensure data integrity

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong data auditing skills

• A team player with the ability to work cross-functionally

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously

• SAP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
