We are seeking a full-time Escalation Management Coordinator. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have the ability to handle urgent and complex situations and be able to make decisions quickly. Must possess a passion for Customer Satisfaction and have the ability to discuss complex situations with escalated customers.
- Review customer escalations and determine if they meet documented requirements for engagement
- Partner with support teams to understand the business impact to our customers
- Coordinate assignment of escalations to the proper escalation team member
- Review weekly reporting and assess impact proactively to Escalation Management team
- Conduct and report on internal survey metrics
- Collaborate with partners in development to get traction on escalated issues
