We are hiring for Machine Operators!

Location:  Klamath Falls, Oregon
Shift:  1st and 2nd

Machine operator 1


Under general supervision personnel in a Machine operator 1 position will be engaged in various manufacturing processes of consumable MLCC tooling.


Machine operator position is primarily for manufacturing of consumable tooling for the capacitor market, this job includes operating manufacturing machinery, inspection of production parts and measurement of those parts to verify they meet the product specifications. In addition all operators are expected to following all work instruction requirements. All Machine operators are required to follow safety guidelines, operate equipment and participate in ongoing training sessions such as lean manufacturing concepts, have a complete understanding of the process work instruction for the job they are performing and product quality changes. Plant machine operators are a key link between Management, Quality control and Engineering regarding issues that affect product quality and customer satisfaction.


Education: High School diploma and some college is desirable. Additional Inspection experience and Manufacturing experience is desirable.

Experience: 1 year related experience in manufacturing processes and quality background is desired. Working knowledge of Lean Enterprise concepts in a Manufacturing environment including ISO 9001:2015 is desired.

Knowledge: Proven knowledge of various inspection processes disciplines in quality knowledge. Knowledge of MRP Systems, MS Office products, and good overall PC computing skills needed.


Good organizational abilities, strong team work ethics, good written and verbal communications skills, demonstrated leadership abilities and professional demeanor.


The employee will be climbing, crouching, kneeling, standing, bending, stooping, walking,

Sitting, reaching, and with repetitive motion in the course of this job.

Employee must be able to work different shift hours including nightshifts

Person selected to this position must be willing to work in production when needed that extends beyond normal working hours into State of Oregon regulated OT hour
