4+ Month Contract
- Assist in the development of job descriptions that will assist clients in making FLSA, ADA and pay equity decisions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Talent and Business leaders to create job requisitions and job offers for new employees
- Collaborating with other HR Business Partners, Compensation and Business leaders to create retention plans/packages or counter offers for for existing employees
- Counsel Business leaders on retention best practices using a data based approach
- Assist with a wide range of employment related queries and projects.
- 5+ years of HRBP experience.
- Preferred experience supporting Engineering / Technology business unit.
- Microsoft Office experience with intermediate PowerPoint skills.
