Description

Searching for a Leave Specialists (Benefits). This is a 100% remote role  (40 hours) for a 6-9 month contract.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Administer and maintain all leave of absence communications and schedules/records in multiple states 
  • Administer and maintain interactive process and administration for all reasonable accommodation requests
  • Enter cases on Leave tracking system
  • Ensure all leave designations are in compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as company policies
  • Coordinate paid and unpaid time and maintain accurate records to be shared with Payroll
  • Coordinate with Long Term Disability and Short-Term Disability vendors on claims/reporting

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience administering leave cases (STD/LTD/FMLA) strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing benefit administration software preferred
