Our client is seeking a highly organized TA Operations Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and program tasks. The Coordinator will partner with teams across the company through various project and coordination efforts impacting Talent Acquisition Operations. This role will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties. Coordinators may perform research, create training documents, and perform data entry tasks along with other operational requests. This position demands strong time management, interpersonal, public speaking, and organizational skills. Attention to detail coupled with team driven results, flexibility, innovative thinking, problem solving, and self-motivation are required for success.

 

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist in process improvements and project/program management efforts, such as but not limited to creating and updating project documentation, company and department presentations, reports, meeting preparation, etc.
  • Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities.
  • Schedule and organize team and project meetings and maintain agenda.
  • Manage project/program-related paperwork & reporting to ensure all materials are accurate & current.
  • Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
  • Maintain an understanding of company products and offerings.
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
  • TA Operations Coordinator duties such as interview scheduling and new hire onboarding.
  • Conduct day 1 welcome orientation for North America/Latin America new hires

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of project coordination or HR/TA experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation both written and verbal and listening skills.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office, most importantly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Talent Acquisition Coordinator experience.
  • Experience leading small to medium projects.
  • Public Speaking
  • Ability to change focus and remain adaptable.
  • Attention to details even under pressure.
  • Teamwork oriented collaborative individual who can synthesize ideas, contribute to the team, and build effective relationships across the organization.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or Business preferred or equivalent work experience.
