Our Strategic Sourcing function will go beyond the traditional resume sites (LinkedIn, internal ATS, candidate databases, etc.) and scour the internet to generate leads.
We will have the courage to develop new and use conventional ways (cold calling) to introduce and engage with talent.
We will take the time to get to know people and develop high-touch relationships with realistic expectations, honest feedback and timely communications.
While we will ultimately seek passive talent, we will find innovative ways to continually review our current inventory and available sources of talent (internals, employee referrals, silver/bronze medalist).
We will intimately learn about our business strategy and become subject matter experts on availability, readiness and skill level of our industry and talent competitors.
We will provide our business partners (recruiters, hiring managers, HR business partners, recruiting managers, and senior management) with root causes and insightful analysis that paves the way to collaborate on recommendations and improvements.
We will seek to develop a best-in-class program with people, process and technology. We will constantly evaluate what’s working versus what’s not, understand its impact, and not be afraid to change.
- 3-5 years of passive sourcing or qualitative research experience related to recruiting
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; working across multiple projects at a time
- Extensive Boolean knowledge with the ability to craft accurate Boolean strings and assess search strings with a critical eye
- Ability to effectively translate data into actionable insights and strategies
- Experience in a global and matrixed environment
