Office Receptionist

We have a client in the Johns Creek area looking for an Office Receptionist. This is a direct hire opportunity to

Salary: 37k

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, field calls and route calls to appropriate personnel, transcribe detailed messages
  • Handle vendor returns and repairs.
  • Handle customer returns and repairs.
  • Handle office parties (Birthdays, events).
  • Inventory control for office and breakroom supplies, some shop supplies. Work with purchasing to get the items ordered.
  • Update phone list and distribute as needed
  • Coordinate all items needed for classroom training sessions when they occur. Order items, set up and tear down when there is a class.
  • Able to multitask, manage time, work independently, and be organized.
  • Make hotel reservations as needed for trade shows and other events.
  • Any other duties as needed by staff
  • This person must be comfortable with small business atmosphere and adapting to different job duties as they arise.
  • Must be comfortable with a flexible/ varying workload. There are slow and busy times on any given day.

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  • Must speak and understand English (Spanish a plus)
  • Proficient in Word, Xcel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent Verbal and oral communication
