Project Coordinator - Direct Hire - Union City, GA area

  • Manage office and breakroom supplies. Manage company files to data retention standards. Mail distribution and postage machine management. Ensure professional appearance of office and coordinate repairs/improvements with Facilities.     
  • Enter and manage order updates for Equipment sales into ERP system, assist with equipment order acknowledgements and transmittals to customers, assist Project managers with project cost reporting and critical part delivery dates. Assist with Quality reporting and documentation.     
  • Assist with monthly reporting of engineering work hours, assist trade show set up and obtaining promotional items.      
  • Prepare meeting rooms for scheduled meetings/events, manage catering ordering, book travel accommodations as necessary, assist with organizing employee events/activities, assist with welcoming on-site visitors, and assist with other HR duties as assigned.     
  • Format information for internal and external communications (emails, memos, report, presentations, signage). 

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated Office Administration or Project Management experience with progressive responsibility demonstrated. 
  • Exposure to lean principles, manufacturing, distribution and/or project management a plus.
