Essential Functions:

  • Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees
  • Establish effective internal processes, policies and procedures, and security practices
  • Identify opportunities for business optimization and process improvement
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware
  • Create and manage 3-year plan and budget for software and hardware needs 
  • Research and implement industry best practices
  • Manage ERP system and provide reports as needed for various departments
  • Manage network servers, technology tools, and related infrastructure 
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements 
  • Troubleshoot issues and prevent outages
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
  • Train employees on new technologies 
  • Test programming for in-house software programs
  • Develop departmental and organizational strategies 
  • Analyze results of department survey for appropriate continuous improvement actions


  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in Information Technology or related experience
    Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience
  • Degree in Information Technology or similar field preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft networks
  • Experience with SQL server database and Visual Basic in a Client/Server environment
  • Experience in working in a manufacturing
