Keys to this position:

All work will be conducted in a cleanroom
Very Small Components
Will be working under a microscope to lay out the Kit
3inch x6 inch gel pack and they will pick the right part and place it in the kit.
Must be detailed oriented
must read and write in English

Scope of the Job:       

Facilitate material flow to optimize production labor utilization in a timely manner.


  • Responsible for material movement - material issues, returns and receipts, cycle counting and physical inventories, and all stockroom transactions
  • Perform weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventories
  • Reconcile all daily material transactions and maintain proper records
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of appropriate levels of floor stock and consumable inventory
  • Manage and maintain stocking locations within the factory, primarily cleanroom inventory locations
  • Manage nonconforming material process for component and customer owned inventory
  • Move small, delicate microelectronic components into designed locations
  • Maintain housekeeping within the cleanroom and inventory locations
  • Communicate material expedite requests to Purchasing team
  • Ensure that all inventory is labeled properly
  • Assist in an ERP system maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Understanding of quality requirements in aerospace and medical industries

  • Must have first-hand knowledge of and be able to perform all tasks associated with material movement
  • Microsoft Office, ERP system experience and computer literate
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimum direct supervision
  • Must be capable of moving material within the building and able to lift loads of up to 30 lbs                                                                                                   


Minimum of three years of experience in Inventory Control, Materials Planning, or Shop Floor Control in an environment handling small, delicate microelectronic components and assemblies
