Program Manager
We are currently seeking a Program Manager in the metro Atlanta, GA area. The Program Manager will be responsible for the management of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be able to manage customer specifications and work internally to fulfill those requirements.

Pay Range: $90-100K + Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage programs, ensure company execution, and have great customer service/relationship.
  • Give customer program status/issues/resolutions
  • Work with all internal departments on ensuring projects are moving forward, and if not, find a resolution.
  • Identify bottlenecks
  • Prepare submit quotes or proposals and follow up
  • Follow up and support prospect inquiries.
  • Be the advocate of the customer.
  • Write winning proposals
  • Follow up on proposal Q&A.
  • Support engineering activities.

Qualifications

  • 4-year engineering degree; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of military program experience
  • DoD contracting processes familiarity
  • Requirement’s analysis experience
  • Microsoft Project and Excel experience
  • Knowledge of proper configuration management and production documentation.
