- Main point of contact for our clients and partners.
- This individual will work with salespeople to secure orders, research products, and steward the accounts they manage at every step of the order process from write-up to delivery.
- Must take ownership of accounts to ensure that each order for every customer is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and concisely via phone and email
- Portray a positive image in all client/partnership relationships
- Develop a thorough knowledge of clients and client's brands, as well as knowledge of the promotional and retail industries to stay abreast of trends, changes in legislation affecting the industry, etc.
- Superior customer service, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment(balance new orders, tracking orders in progress, following up on proposals, helping prepare invoices for completed orders)
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with the promotional products industry is a plus, but not necessary
- A bachelor's or more advanced degree
