Description

The role of Director of Talent Acquisition is an exciting role that will drive talent acquisition and build best in class talent pools through diversity & Inclusion outreach networks, social media channels, and careers page. This position will lead a collaborative talent acquisition team and be capable of working in multiple time zones as well as working closely with the Human Resource team to ensure we deliver competitive state of the art and compensation and benefits offerings.
Responsibilities: To lead a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals servicing a wide array of technical positions in the Clean Tech space.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Human Resources or equivalent with a minimum of 7+ years recruiting management and leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Qualifications:

Demonstrated aptitude and experience using metrics, dashboard, and talent analytics.

Demonstrated experience leveraging social media and using various forms of talent acquisition technology to source, interview, and hire talent.

Strong working knowledge of employment branding strategies, workforce planning, strategic talent sourcing.

Demonstrated success working in a Global matrix environment.

Experience managing a team of talent acquisition specialists.

Passionate about recruitment, diversity, equity & inclusion, and creating talent pool.

Results-oriented and self-starter who enjoys a challenge and is dedicated getting things done.

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills with ability to perform independently at all levels in area of responsibility.
