This person will be responsible for growing a book of business within our Engineering and Manufacturing staffing verticals.  If you enjoy working in a team environment and helping solve client staffing needs, then DAVIS is the place for you!

The Account Manager is responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships, solving our customers hiring challenges, while driving our companies and the individual growth. (growth in terms of career path and income, for the individual) 

Essential Functions:

  • Consultative selling - focused on fostering long-term, solutions oriented partnerships. 
  • Expand our presence within existing clients, identifying other departments and location that could benefit from our service and expertise. 
  • Work effectively within a team to deliver excellent service and solutions for our customers.
  • Take personal responsibility for reaching and exceeding stated activity and performance goals for new business, expansion of existing business, revenue, gross profit, etc.
  • Prospect for new customers, understanding our value proposition and presenting our value to companies that could benefit from our services. 
  • Provide clients with proposals, presentations, and materials that effectively demonstrate how Davis can fulfill their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Provide nothing but exceptional customer service to all clients and prospects.
  • Maintains complete and timely documentation of all accounts and sales activities in our data system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ year in Staffing / Recruiting or B2B sales
  • Comfortable partnering with varying levels of decision makers - Directors, VPs, General Managers, Engineering Manager, CEO/Presidents, Operations Managers etc...
  • Positive attitude, great work ethic, eager to make an impact and to be rewarded for their contribution.
